This one is popular in Baguio. They have bunch of customers waiting in line for many hours just to dine in. You would surely love to eat it here. Prices are reasonable. They also have 1 beautiful red car parked outside. You will like the ambience inside, they have friendly waitresses in pink with fast service.

Baguio (Panagbenga)
Last week's out of town was a blast. 4 of us went to Baguio to watch the City's Flower festival. It's also the coldest month of the year. Temp was around 8-9 degrees. We really can't stand the cold breeze especially during nighttime. Amazing float parade is the main highlight for this vacation. Flowers flowers flowers.. I love flowers.
After going through health test with a nutritionist at SM Hypermarket, I just found that I've gain weight. Last time I check I only weigh 48Kilos now it's 50Kilos. Whoaaa! There's more, from 26 waistline to 28. OMG! This is alarming and truly unacceptable. LOL. A day after that, i decided to cut my eating habits. I promised to eat more veggies and fruits so I walked over to the mall after my work to buy veggie salad for dinner. Hmm sounds yummy! It's a bit pricey but its healthy. I had colds so I opted to drink calamansi juice that time.
Chocolate Heaven

Carrots and Cucumber
No recipe for this weekend. I decided to munch on raw carrots and cucumber with thousand island dip. I don't have much anything to say about it so just check the below pics. I've made some editing because I'm not too familiar yet in taking shots in low light. :p
Fireworks!
I was out last night to watch pyrolympics and tell you what, it was amazing! Fireworks never fail people to put in awe. We went through a horrible traffic. It almost made us puke in the bus. We missed the 1st country's presentation, i think it was Portugal. We only got the chance to see UK's fireworks. It was a blast!!

Buttered shrimp
It's been awhile since the last time i've visited and posted a recipe here. I missed the idea of cooking every weekend and show to you the product of my recipe. I'm on a tight budget so less cooking for this year. But i know I'll be able to bounce back in no time. It's just time for me to give something back to my parents, my way of thanking them for being supportive all these years.
Anyway, I don't have any new recipe so i decided to cook my very first recipe: BUTTERED SHRIMP. I uploaded one pic at facebook and it resulted to many likes and comments. So again here's the product.
Ingredients: shrimp, butter, garlic, salt and royal tru-orange or sprite
Procedure: Place the shrimps in a large wok in medium to high heat. Sprinkle with salt and pour soda over the shrimps until all are slightly covered in the liquid. Simmer for 4 to 5 minutes or until the shrimps turn orange. Do not overcook the shrimp as this will make the shell very difficult to remove. Remove the shrimps from the wok and set aside. In a separate pan, saute the garlic in butter. Once the juices of the garlic mix with the butter, pour in the remains of the soda (now flavored with shrimp juice) into the pan. Reduce until desired consistency. Pour over the cooked shrimps. Served with steaming white rice. Enjoy!
